Cedric Gaucho is a well-known costume designer for vigilantes and the owner of Taylorsville.
Biography[edit]
Notably, Isom is the only hero who returned a suit, trusting Cedric for enhancements when he decided to don the costume again. Cedric's relationship with Isom and his dedication to his craft is explored over time in the Ill-Advised Arc of ISOM. His character emphasizes the importance of behind-the-scenes workers in creating the iconic looks of heroes.[2]

Early Life[edit]
At some point, Cedric Gaucho became the owner of Taylorsville. It began as a small shop, but eventually became a large facility that specializes in the making of costumes for Excepts. One of the first excepts he made a costume from was Avery Silman.[1]
