Santwan is a supervillain and an enemy of Isom. An Except-for-hire, Santwan is among the strongest of the Florespark rogues gallery, and is quite reliable so as long as he get's what he really wants. He currently works for supervillain crimelord Darren Fontaino, who satiates Santwan with money, power, and opponents to exercise his might with. He is a rival to Isom, and was among the first of the Florespark villains for Isom to fight. Santwan is extremely confident, he never enters a fight thinking that he won't win, and is feared by many Excepts. He seems to value combat, as the taste of battle overrides his immediate desire for money and power.

Supervillain

At some point, Santwan became an except and soon had an encounter with Isom. He later reappeared for another confrontation with Isom whilst he was meeting with Darren Fontaino.
