Santwan is a supervillain and an enemy of Isom.

Supervillain
A feared Except for hire, Santwan is one of the strongest men on the planet. He'll do good or bad, as long as he gets paid. He's currently working for Darren Fontaino which has to be fairly lucrative. His gold teeth have become somewhat Iconic by those who recognize him. Santwan's confidence is something to behold, as he's never been in a fight he didn't think he could win (He's gone against beings who weren't from earth).
At some point, Santwan had an encounter with Isom. He later reappeared for another confrontation with Isom whilst he was meeting with Darren Fontaino.[2]
