Hector Lee Caballero is the Horseman, a street-level vigilante operating in Florespark.
Biography[edit]
Military Service[edit]
At some point, Hector Lee Caballero enlisted in the Texas Army. Due to this, he quickly became proficient in both hand-to-hand combat, and the use of various weapons. After being discharged, Caballero struggled to adjust to civilian life, and instead chose to become the vigilante known as the Horseman.[1]

- Bowling: Caballero is surprisingly talented at bowling.[1]
- Hand-to-Hand Combat: Caballero is a skilled close quarters combatant.[1]
- Weapons Proficiency: Due to his time as a soldier, Caballero is proficient in the use of firearms and melee weapons.[1]
