Holcomb is the Chief of the Florespark Police Department.
Biography[edit]
Dealing with Alphacore[edit]
At some point, Holcomb joined the Florespark Police Department, climbing their ranks to eventually became the Chief of Police. Following an incident at Texas Trust where Bryan Solari apprehended a non-Except criminal, Holcomb called him into his office. There, he ordered Solari and the rest of Alphacore to only deal with cases involving Except criminals until the media pressure had subsided, to which Solari agreed.[1]
